Death and Dying
If someone close to you (parent, grandparent, brother, sister, friend, or a pet) has died or is about to die, you can get help in dealing with your grief. You may be feeling frightened, sad, and lonely. These are all normal reactions to have when you are experiencing a loss.
There are support groups and people who can help you through this difficult time. Talking about it may help you feel better. Ask your school counselor or religious leader for help.
